Clinical oncology is the branch of cancer medicine that manages disease using drug therapy. At North Coast Oncology, systemic treatment is planned alongside radiation and, where relevant, surgical colleagues so that each patient receives a coordinated, guideline-aligned plan rather than a single-modality opinion.
