North Coast Oncology (Company Reg. 2026/189874/21) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website and the practice. Our practice is located at Suite 24, Partridge Place, c/o Lira Link & Tasselberry Road, Richards Bay 3900, KZN.

Information is used only for the purposes for which it was collected: responding to enquiries, arranging and providing clinical care, communicating with referring practitioners, submitting to medical aids where applicable, and meeting statutory record-keeping obligations.

Sharing with third parties

Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared with your referring practitioner, other treating clinicians involved in your care, your medical aid (where relevant), and regulatory authorities where required by law.

How long we keep information

Clinical records are retained in line with HPCSA guidelines and applicable South African law. Enquiry information not linked to a patient record is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry.

Your rights
